-Completely heat the charcoal before you put it to the pan in order to control the temperature
-it would be too hot (High temperature) if you heat the charcoal in the pan
-the broth (soup) should be ready (already boiled) before you put it in the pan.
-Adding the charcoal to the side of the pan. it helps spreading the heat.
-This special giant size Thai BBQ pan is made in Thailand
